Material
Alcantara® is the material found in the interiors of the world's most luxurious cars and private jets, soft to the touch yet resilient in daily use. Each insert is hand-sewn from it in our Prague workshop, piece by piece, with no production line.

Dimensions are approximate, as every organizer is handmade.
How do I know my bag's size?
Measure the length of your bag's base with a ruler, in centimeters. The number you get corresponds to your bag's size.
What's the difference between Sellier and Retourné?
Both Birkin and Kelly come in two styles, Sellier and Retourné. Our inserts are sewn for a specific style, so choosing the right one matters. Sellier has a structured build, sharp edges, and visible stitching on the outside of the seam, the interior is firm. Retourné is turned inside out, the seams are hidden, the edges are soft, and the leather relaxes with wear.

Each piece carries its own serial number within the Atelier I edition and comes with a Popona Atelier certificate.
Care
Alcantara® is easy to care for. Remove dust and light marks with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth.

Will the insert fit my bag?
Each insert is made to measure for a specific bag size and style. Choose the right size, and the insert will fit your bag perfectly.
When will my order arrive?
Each insert is made only once ordered, nothing sits ready-made in stock. Orders from the first collection placed by October 28 will arrive by December 18.
Is the Alcantara genuine?
Yes. The Atelier collection is sewn from genuine Alcantara®. It has been made in one place only since 1972, in Nera Montoro, Italy, using a proprietary process no one else is permitted to use.
Which color should I choose?
The choice is entirely up to your taste. Clients choose either a tone that matches their bag for a seamless look, or a contrasting color for a bolder detail. Both are equally right.
Can I order the insert without a monogram?
Yes, of course. If you'd rather skip the monogram, we'll make your insert without one. It can't be added afterward, though, the stamping is part of the production, not an add-on.
Can the insert be gift-wrapped?
Every insert comes gift-wrapped. The packaging includes a brown ribbon with our logo, a dustbag, tissue paper with our logo, and a box finished with a bow.
Will the Alcantara keep its shape over years of use?
Yes. Alcantara® is an exceptionally durable material, which is exactly why we chose it for our inserts. Even after years of use, the insert keeps its shape and the richness of its color.
The first collection is limited to 26 pieces.
